?? At least 5 years of experience as an eCommerce Product Owner.Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher, constant use: emails, meetings, etc.
).Senior-level expertise in conversion optimization and managing Direct-to-Consumer products, preferably in luxury FMCG with a strong online presence.Expertise in usability with a focus on improving the Add-to-cart rate and conversion.Experience working in multi-market contexts with a large number of competing stakeholders.Technical skills in Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Figma, Mural, and general prototyping and Agile tools, Office.Soft skills in leadership, communication, adaptability, collaboration, problem-solving, creativity, decision-making, emotional intelligence, resilience, and time management.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with digital business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product goals, priorities, and delivery are in sync.Manage the product backlog, define user stories, acceptance criteria, and oversee sprint planning.Utilize market research and user feedback to drive product improvements.Lead iterative development cycles with regular reviews and retrospectives.Monitor and act on metrics related to growth, user engagement, retention, and revenue.Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, adapting plans as necessary.
