Product Owner e.Overall Equipment Effectiveness
The product you will work on :
On the Sanofi Factory 4.0 digitalization path, we need a harmonized, robust, validated, and maintainable product that will enable the improvement of the manufacturing assets OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
The business value of the e.OEE product is to :

Increase monitoring performance using visual management, automatic performance KPIs generation
Increase Data accuracy thanks to the automatic data gathering & process confirmation
Better drive problem solving, speak with data & make fact-based decisions
Increase responsiveness with real-time transparency
Generate time savings with automated reporting, reduction of manual effort
Improve Data Analysis

Scope :

e.OEE product, in house dev product based on SAP MII, SAP PCO
Associated Data structure feeding the enterprise Datalake & Data foundations
Associated Reporting Based on Qliksense

Job purpose :
You as Product Owner :
You will be a leader acting as a mini-CEO for this digital product, co-defining product strategy with the business, the product line leaders of the eOEE ecosystem, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with development teams, and measuring / optimizing business impact.
Your key responsibilities will be to :

Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective
Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis
Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible
Keeps the vision of the product up to date
Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders
Be accountable for delivering incremental value every releases
Manage backlog prioritization of work
Creates requirements and User stories
Ensures follow up and reporting of KPI
Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues
Support the integration with the other systems related to the Manufacturing domain
Ensure the design complies with Sanofi standards, Data privacy, GxP, Sox and cybersecurity regulations
Support the lifecycle of the product, in collaboration with our global contracted services (incident escalation, evolutive and corrective maintenance)
Support product deployments at sites
Ensure system Operations with our Run Support Partners

Profile :

Proven knowledge in Manufacturing operations & particularly manufacturing equipment effectiveness principles, performance measurement, availability / operative mode time
Strong drive and ability to build & share Digital Product from Vision to build & delivery
Manufacturing Digital architectures & processes & tools solid knowledge : Lean & Agile practices, UX / UI and Application Design & Integration, SAP Mii, PCo, MES, Reporting Qlik Sense, PowerBI, Datalake principles, Snowflake, Atlassian Jira & Confluence)
Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with various teams
Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with get things done mindset
Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills
Strong project management skills
5 to 10+ years' experience in product management or building complex digital solutions, with experience in manufacturing / shopfloor / manufacturing execution system

Terms of employment :

This job requires to collaborate in a global and agile environment, with international business and Digital teams, involving multiple stakeholders
English is the usual working language
This job requires regular business trips to Digital or to industrial sites
This job requires to work within structured environments with formal procedures, deliverables, compliance rules and reporting duties
