Position Overview As a Product owner D2C, you will play a critical role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of our consumer diagnostic test products, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical, OPS, regulatory and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, consumer behavior, and product management principles.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the D2C Product strategy and roadmap aligned with the Unilabs.Online overall objectives, market trends, and customer insights. Define the product roadmap and prioritize development based on business goals, user needs, and competitive analysis. Coordinate with subsidiaries to understand their specific market needs Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation Product Development and Launch: Lead the product development process, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including headquarter functions and subsidiaries, to align on product objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Work closely with grow marketing and analytics and business intelligence to analyze product metrics and make data-driven decisions. Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management or related field, preferably within the healthcare, Pharma, medical device, digital health or FMCG industry.. Experience with Agile methodologies, eCommerce, experience managing B2B, B2C or D2C products. Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, with strong stakeholder management Proven track record of delivering digital products that drive user engagement and revenue growth. Experience in e-commerce and DTC strategy. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with end-to-end ownership.
