As Product Owner Enterprise AXS (f/m/d) you will be part of the global Straumann AXS team, consisting of several scrum teams working in multiple locations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, strategic Product Owner (PO) to act as the primary contact person for our Enterprise / Dental Service Organization (DSO) teams. This role is crucial in ensuring the needs and requirements of our DSO customers are incorporated into the roadmap of Straumann AXS to ensure a state-of-the-art solution for the growing Enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision & competitive insights:
Support the definition of the vision for the enterprise customer journey in Straumann AXS, ensuring it meets the long-term needs of our Enterprise customers and the market.
Provide competitive insights about industry trends and competitor activities in the Enterprise field.
Cross functional collaboration:
Work closely with the Enterprise teams and customers to translate and communicate VoC and VoM, into tangible deliverables.
Prioritize enterprise needs based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Define, maintain and communicate a comprehensive enterprise roadmap that addresses the identified needs and aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
Backlog management:
Collaborate closely with the various AXS development teams to ensure the integration of enterprise features and solutions into their backlogs.
Ensure the development teams have a clear understanding of the backlog items and their dependency.
Testing & Validation:
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure thorough testing of features and products.
Validate product features and solutions against business requirements and customer needs.
Launch management:
Coordinate launch plans for new enterprise products, features, and updates.
Support the enterprise team with all ongoing launch activities to execute successful product launches.
Feedback collection:
Establish and maintain channels for collecting feedback from enterprise customers and teams.
Incorporate relevant feedback into enterprise roadmap.
Coordination of further solutions:
Support the expansion of Straumann AXS by also acting as product owner for smaller but strategic solutions that require coordination or ad interim Product Ownership (mostly aligning roadmaps, guiding development teams and liaising with stakeholders).
Qualifications:
Academic degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Owner or related functions (consulting, strategic management) with proven track record in complex stakeholder and program management.
High-level of understanding in process engineering and knowledge of data architecture principles to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
Used to work in agile methods preferably in complex, dynamic environments. SAFe experience is a plus.
Experience in MedTech or dental is a plus.
Fluent in English.
