Do you have a passion for optimizing marketing investments to drive business growth? If so, we want you to join our team as a Product Owner of Marketing ROI (MROI)!As the Product Owner of MROI, you will be accountable for owning and prioritizing product backlog items and for overall tactical value delivery in the Product Lifecycle. You will also be responsible for maximizing value of the product, working closely with the Product Manager to ensure implementation of product strategy (i.e. Vision and Roadmap) and receiver needs and acts as a key information conduit for the development team.Your dedication will empower the team across all categories and markets, propelling our efforts to enhance marketing effectiveness. Together, we will strive to achieve continuous optimization of our marketing investments and maximize our return on investment.What you'll doYou will work closely with stakeholders in different zones and working for different categories to provide guidance on how to best optimize and allocate marketing investments to support the delivery of our marketing strategy.- Establish product roadmap in line with Product Manager vision and directions, manage product backlog, define projects & implements agile project methodologies.- Establish milestones & parallel value delivery plan.- Evangelizing Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) optimization methodologies, benefits, and use cases.- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with global, regional, and local teams.- Work cross-functionally to identify and answer business problems/ and questions using appropriate modeling techniques on available data.- Supporting process enhancements with a relentless focus on value creation for our brands.Minimum qualifications- +7 years' experience in analytics consulting/delivery in marketing analytics (strategy).- BSc or MSc level (or equivalent) in Math, Statistics, Physics, Operations Research, Econometrics, or Data Science.- Experience in data driven marketing or commercial analytics.- You should have the ability to network and influence at senior levels both internally and externally and be able to interpret data and explain business performance in an easy-to-understand way that tells a story to key stakeholders.- You have proven experience of working in a matrix environment, achieving results through effective influencing and collaboration.Bonus Points If You- Have experience with dynamic linear models/state space models.- Possess previous experience within FMCG industry.About the IT HubAt Nestlé IT, we are a diverse, global team of IT professionals in the biggest health, nutrition and wellness company of the world.We strive to create an environment where people are valued for who they are.
