What would you be doing: As a Product Owner, you will work in agile frameworks, facilitate workshops/events, and communicate with different organizational levels. You will need to understand the current organization (AS-IS) and act in a transformational environment (TO-BE). You will encourage teams to improve performance and maturity, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative way.We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:Own the Product Backlog and maximize the value of the products while prioritizing work for an Agile team. Responsible for the WHAT (definition) and WHEN (prioritization), but the Team is responsible for the HOW (implementation).Own and articulate a clear product vision that is continuously implemented and delivered, aligned with the needs of stakeholders and the business. Work closely with other POs and Tribe lead if they exist.Translate business needs in the form of Epics, Features, and User Stories (US).Work with the Dev Team on the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.Work closely with the Dev Teams to solve doubts and questions.Responsible for accepting/rejecting User Stories or the whole Sprint.Plan sprints and releases from an Agile perspective (adaptable and prepared for change).Manage risks and propose mitigation plans.
