Amaris is your steppingstone to cross rivers of change, meet challenges and achieve all your projects with success.Job description: Find your place at Amaris Consulting as IT Product Owner in Madrid (remote from Spain or hybrid mode), for one of our main partners in the banking industry.Start your new adventure in an international and agile environment while being the point of contact for several teams between our office in Spain and those based abroad.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Manage the product backlog and ensure that it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the product roadmap and priorities.Ensure that the product meets the needs of customers and stakeholders, as well as meeting any relevant regulatory or compliance requirements.Engage and manage stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes.Deadlines Management: Efficiently manage time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.Risk Management: Identify potential risks in an offshore setup and implement measures to mitigate them to ensure smoother project execution.Prioritization: Strong prioritization skills and ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact results.Facilitate effective communication and understanding between the Product Owner and the development team; therefore, tech skills are required.WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?More than 3 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, ideally in the banking environment.Ideally based in Madrid.Great knowledge of project management methods & experience with Agile.Being aware of cultural differences within the offshore team fosters a positive and harmonious work environment.Being flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and time zone differences.Excellent planning capacities & stakeholder management.Client-facing communication skills.Spanish native and English fluency are a must.
