Our new customer platform - Straumann AXS - is an important cornerstone of the digital transformation strategy of the Group. Straumann AXS envisions to be the companion of dental professionals supporting them along the whole customer journey from patient engagement to treatment, monitoring and practice growth. To do so Straumann AXS offers dental professionals and patients a portfolio of different solutions along the treatment journey. As Product Owner AXS Applications you will coordinate development, release, and continuous improvement of the respective AXS application always ensuring customer centricity.
You will be part of the global Straumann AXS team, consisting of several scrum teams working in multiple locations. You will represent the customer and stakeholder needs for your application and communicate them to the development team. Together with your team you will work in close collaboration with the other scrum teams and coordinate development and launch activities across the platform.
Your tasks Closely collaborate and partner with customers, stakeholders, product management and other product owners and monitor market trends and technology development to translate and communicate VoC and VoM, into tangible deliverablesDevelop and communicate product goals and roadmap, manage, and prioritize backlog based on business objectives and customer needs while bridging business, technical and UX needs and taking into consideration the various priorities of the whole AXS team.Ensure on-time completion of product increments and constant communication to stakeholders and management.Plan monthly releases and ensure global launch readiness across all aspects of market release.Drive the long-term vision of the solution and the platform together with the other AXS PO by constantly improving end-to-end customer experience. Requirements Academic degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experienceMinimum 5 years' experience as a Product Owner or related functions with proven track record in leveraging technology and driving digital transformation.Used to work in agile methods with proven stakeholder management.
