This role is meant to work closely with the Product Manager to help with the initiative's delivery. They will also be in contact with all stakeholders, facilitating effective communication. There will be active participation during the whole feature lifecycle to ensure successful releases. It's a global position, meaning they will be working for both WebApp and Design Process teams.
Performance Objectives
- Define product requirements, create and maintain the product backlog, and ensure that it reflects customer needs and market demands.
- Collaborate with the development team to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables, ensuring a clear understanding of product features and functionality.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, ensuring that the team is on track to deliver the product roadmap and meet project timelines.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that effectively communicates product value to target customers.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring a shared understanding of product goals and requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports on product progress, roadmaps, and changes to stakeholders and relevant parties.
- Collaborate on user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes to enhance the overall user experience.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and advocate for necessary changes.
- Participate in the workflow to release production-ready code, interacting with data engineering, QA, and developers.
Minimum Requirements
- Product Management or Ownership: Prior experience (1-2 years) in a product management or product ownership role is highly desirable.
