you will contribute to product strategy and vision and collaborate with customers & sales teams to bring data and feedback to Product.If you are looking for your next great opportunity this could be a great fit for you .Responsibilities :- Assist in the product development lifecycle- Own and facilitate Uberalls Product Feedback LoopsCollaborate with customer & sales teams to bring data and feedback to the ProductOversee Uberalls Product & Design tech stack, including integration platformsOwn and operate Pendo Guides and digital adoption platformSupport product roadmap executionAid in feature prioritization and backlog managementAssist in product documentation and communicationMonitor product performance and gather feedbackContribute to product strategy and visionOperate with an owner mindsetBe customer-obsessedYour Profile :2+ years of experience in a product ops or project management roleBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with designers, product managers, engineering teams, and key partners from different departmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesExperience with SaaS products or the tech industry preferredTeam Overview :- Emphasis on creativity and experimentation- Encouragement of open communication and idea-sharing- Commitment to continuous learning and growth- Inclusive and diverse workplace cultureWhat we offer :
