Role overview: The Product Operations Analyst ensures efficient product lifecycle management and operational support for the company's products.
As part of the Ilkari Product Operations team, you will contribute to the overall product strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
You will manage key processes, troubleshoot product issues, and act as the primary liaison between operations and product development.
What you'll do: Serve as the escalation point for product-related operational issues.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of products, including onboarding, updates, and deprecation.
Ensure SLAs are met and processes align with organizational standards.
Provide operational support for product management tools.
Assist in managing product compliance and resolve legal or abuse issues.
Troubleshoot product configurations and operational concerns with engineering and product teams.
Collaborate with Finance on product-related invoicing issues.
Partner with the Product team for new feature readiness and post-launch support.
What are we looking for: Technical skills: Strong analytical skills and familiarity with product management platforms.
Experience in product lifecycle management.
Knowledge of DNS, DNSSEC, WHOIS, EPP protocols, or similar technical systems.
Nice to have: Experience with domain registries.
Soft skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Relevant experience: Experience in supporting digital or SaaS products.
Proven ability to learn new tools and methodologies.
Education: No specific educational requirements mentioned, but relevant industry experience is critical.
