Job Summary: The Business Prime team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the membership benefits strategy worldwide.
From individual proprietors to small and medium businesses, Business Prime offers over 1M businesses of all sizes benefits that help them to grow and manage their business.
Key Responsibilities: New Benefits and Investment Strategy: Work with Amazon internal teams as well as best-in-class external B2B service providers to identify, develop, launch, and engage customers with new benefits that drive the Amazon Business flywheel.
Engage with senior leaders across the business to identify novel opportunities to serve B2B customers.
Leverage learnings from Prime, one of the world's most successful loyalty programs, to justify strategic investments on behalf of members.
Benefits Engagement: Work with Economist, Data Science, and Marketing partners to develop benefit adoption propensity to drive personalization and prioritization for member engagement.
Identify incentives that efficiently drive adoption and Downstream Impact (DSI).
Benefits Usage Index and Benefit Attribution Model: Work with Economist, Data Science, and Finance partners to develop analytical techniques to measure the value benefits provide to customers and the economic attribution to each benefit.
Drive changes in the offer structure and pricing over time as program profitability and benefits adoption change, considering segment and country-specific requirements.
About the Team: Business Prime is a paid subscription service for verified business, charity, or government organizations that provides the familiar Prime shopping experience end users love at home, with pricing plans and benefits that are suited for work.
Business Prime now serves over a million employees in organizations throughout the world.
Our customers range from government entities with tens of thousands of users to sole proprietors.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in product management or business development.
Demonstrated ability to identify and articulate compelling product proposals and business cases.
Demonstrated experience delivering measurable results with business/customer impact in product/technical areas.
Demonstrated strength in building trust and driving alignment across product, business, design, and engineering stakeholders.
MBA (or equivalent functional experience).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated history of strong customer focus.
Experience in customer experience development.
Ability to make difficult decisions using objective analysis.
Ability to establish credibility and work with key internal partners to get things done.
