With a mission to democratize access to high-quality education and provide educational technology solutions to help our users reach their full potential.Through our solutions, we provide access to millions of digital content items from the world's best providers and, using educational technology and Artificial Intelligence, enabling any organization to create its own unlimited learning ecosystem.Currently, more than 9,100 institutions (governments, schools, libraries, universities, companies, and startups) place their trust in Odilo, providing access to their unlimited learning platforms to more than 170 million users in over 54 countries.In 2022 we raised our latest Series C funding round (+60M€), strengthening our international presence and increasing our content catalogue.Our team is truly international (19+ nationalities) with the best talent across the education, media, content, and technology sectors.As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will join the Corporate Ecosystems team, which occupies a central position in maximizing product-market fit.We serve international corporate clients in 3 different segments, by number of employees: SMB, Enterprise, and Major Companies.Because we are the hinge between business development and product definition, we work hand in hand with a variety of different teams to maximize product-market fit: Sales, pre-sales, and post-sales teams help us better understand our clients and the direction our products should move towards.Working collaboratively with technical experts in different areas that make up the content, technology, and services areas, is our way to ensure their combined work follows in that direction.In perfect alignment with the strategy team (we report to the COO, one of the company founders!) to ensure we follow the go-to-market strategy.A great department to learn from different areas, get familiar with B2B Corporate clients of different sizes and understand the end-to-end meaning of the word product.What you will do at ODILO:Sales Support: by assuming the role of Solutions Architect in key commercial meetings and helping KAMs define tailored Programs for Big corporate customers.Definition Documents: creating definition, configuration, and Implementation documents (in coordination with horizontal Teams) as well as commercial presentations and support resources for all programs.Researching the competition and becoming an expert in the learning area.Product Development: identifying and defining product evolution needs that respond to the demands of the market / direct requests from clients & Prospects and share with Horizontal teams that create roadmaps.Process setting: creating processes that enable the constant and scalable evolution of the programs created.The ideal candidate will bring:An open mind with a deep desire to learn new skills and work with cross-department teams.At least 3 years of experience in product marketing positions working with Corporate.Strong interest in the business rather than the technical side of product management.University education in areas related to business and communication (e.g. ADE, Marketing). We are NOT looking for graduates in the field of Education.Experience managing Office 365, Power Point, Canva, Jira (plus).Client orientation: solving challenges by starting from the client's need/pain and building backward.Responsible and proactive spirit able to manage priorities in a fast, dynamic, and ambiguous environment. Experience working in tech environments, preferably at/with startups, will be valued positively.Proficiency in English and Spanish.
