What this job involves: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Specialist to join our real estate consultancy company. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing product events, facilitating commercial pitches for marketing activities proposals, and collaborating with other consultancy companies for co-exclusive projects and third-party agent activities. This role requires strong marketing acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Organize and execute marketing events: Plan and coordinate various property marketing events.
Develop marketing strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the objectives of our clients.
Remain updated with market trends and utilize this knowledge to devise effective marketing initiatives.
Prepare commercial pitches: Engage in commercial pitches and presentations to potential clients, utilizing your expertise in marketing activities proposals.
Create compelling and tailored marketing strategies that demonstrate the added value of our services to clients.
Monitor industry trends and insights: Stay informed about the latest market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Utilize this knowledge to identify innovative marketing opportunities and strategies to differentiate our clients in the market.
Maintain database and client relationships: Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of clients, industry contacts, and marketing-related information.
Nurture relationships with key stakeholders and regularly communicate marketing updates and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in property marketing or related roles in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate markets and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ability to develop and deliver compelling commercial pitches and marketing strategies.
Strong project management and organizational skills to successfully plan and execute marketing events.
Proficient in relevant software applications (Microsoft Office mandatory) and platforms for database management and marketing activities.
Knowledge of industry trends, marketing techniques, and emerging technologies in the real estate sector.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
