Description General Information As the product brand migration program manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of the Product Marketing and Portfolio Management team of Grid Integration. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating across different workstreams. As a program manager, you will monitor, track, and report strategic KPIs, ensuring the completion of our brand migration journey across all dimensions of our offering.
You will play a key role in the transition to one Hitachi Energy brand across the board, supporting the activities of Global Product Groups (GPGs) with a rebranding strategy, guidelines, and resources in coordination with the Global Branding Team. By joining our team, you will be part of a diverse team, working closely with technology, strategy, and communications.
Your Responsibilities: Program ownership including monitoring, tracking, and reporting of the progress.Preparation of presentations and dashboards targeting different stakeholders in the organization.Proactively engage in discussions and communicate.Capacity to structure the program and governance according to changing needs.Identify synergies across the workstreams proposing improvements, as well as identifying gaps.Identify cross-GPG actions that will benefit ongoing GPG initiatives.Facilitate alignment amongst all levels of the organization by adopting formal and informal channels of communication.Live Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your Background: Master level in engineering or marketing.An understanding of the manufacturing footprint of power systems will be ideal.Program Management skills, both inside and outside the team, leading virtual teams to achieve results in a global environment.Minimum 5 years' experience (in local or global roles) in the energy market.Experience in managing complex projects; additional project management certification will be an advantage.Strategic thinking and proven experience in structuring and driving complex projects.Excellent influencing, communication, and networking skills matured in an international, matrixed organization.Open-minded and capable of innovative thinking.Ownership, self-sufficient & initiative taker: willingness to move things forward by taking personal action.Fluent in English.Preferred location: Spain (Madrid). Additional potential locations in Poland or Italy.
