The Product Marketing Manager, Homeowner Experience & Services will tell the story of our product and service vision focusing on identifying impactful messages for homeowners.
Together with the service and product teams, you will develop value propositions that resonate with the end consumer and help make the complex, simple.
You will deeply understand our target customer and help to develop assets and messaging that influences their customer journey.
This role suits a dynamic product marketer who is highly organized, responsive, and excited to make going solar as easy as flipping a light switch.
This position will report to the Sr.
Manager of Product Marketing and work as part of a cross-functional group to deliver best-in-class product solutions to our customers and partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Product development: Identify and translate features and benefits of new services and experiences into a defined value prop for homeowners.
Collaborate with product management, the brand team and regional marketing leaders to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
Write and edit high-quality content, like pitch decks and web copy, to align with key personas, brand voice, and the buyers' journey.
Drive the creation and maintenance of customer-facing sales tools such as guides, support FAQs, product videos, web content, sales and training presentations, spec sheets, white papers, or brochures.
Product releases and launches: Track product development cycle and set GTM strategy for initial and ongoing homeowner touchpoints/service releases, including how/what features and benefits to elevate, communicating bug fixes and project managing all marketing support needs.
Plan, write and execute communication plans for homeowners + supply messaging for educating channel partners about homeowner updates.
Manage cross-functional teams through product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
Take a leadership role in defining the culture and team spirit of these groups
