Job description
Your LittleBig responsibilities
As part of the Marketing team, you will be based in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid), reporting directly to the CMO.
Your main missions will be:
Product Positioning & Messaging
Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our product in the market.
Craft compelling narratives and key messages for product launches, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Collaborate with the product team to translate technical features into clear customer benefits.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new feature releases.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop GTM plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts, including developing launch materials and communication plans.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Analyze competitor offerings and identify key differentiators for our product.
Regularly gather and report on market insights to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.
Sales Enablement & Support
Create and deliver sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, product sheets, FAQs, and competitive battle cards.
Train the sales and customer success teams on product positioning, key features, and competitive advantages.
Develop tools and resources that help the sales team communicate the product value effectively.
Customer Insights & Feedback
Drive our beta test community to collect customer feedback to influence product development.
Work closely with customer success to gather insights on how customers use the product and where improvements can be made.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the impact of product marketing efforts.
Adjust strategies based on performance data to continuously optimize product positioning and campaigns.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in Product Marketing Management is mandatory (at least 3 years of experience).
Previous experience in a B2B or IT/Tech environment or industry is mandatory.
Master's degree in marketing.
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
Proven ability to create compelling product messaging and successfully launch products or features.
Strong knowledge of sales enablement processes and the ability to create impactful materials like product sheets, battle cards, and pitch decks.
