As a Product Marketing Manager at MedUX, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.
Beyond traditional marketing responsibilities, you will actively bridge the gap between product, sales, and customers.
You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to understand the technical aspects of our solutions and help translate them into compelling value propositions.
Your work will include developing technical marketing content, participating in product demos, and eventually creating insights-driven reports to support sales efforts and guide roadmap recommendations.
This role requires a business-savvy and hands-on approach, combined with the ability to grasp telecommunication trends, network performance testing, and the digital experience landscape.
You'll have the opportunity to work with a global team, spanning over 25 countries across Europe, America, Africa, and the Middle East, and monitoring more than 60 operators worldwide.
The goal is to deliver all marketing and product-related activities necessary to achieve our growth targets and establish MedUX as a leader in Quality of Experience solutions.
Responsibilities We need a person to lead digital marketing and communications activities for brand awareness, positioning and lead generation strategies.
Marketing Help create and implement our marketing plan and strategy that align with our target markets and growth objectives.
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.
Lead and coordinate our marketing activities collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Identify, design, and implement marketing programs (mostly inbound) with the goal of generating leads and boosting brand awareness for our company, technology, solutions and products.
Write and publish blogs and other marketing content to promote and educate users and potential customers.
Manage and optimize website, newsletter, product bulleting and social media channels.
Empower the sales team with marketing content that help drive sales.
Lead and execute promotional events and campaigns.
Evaluate marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all marketing efforts.
Generate clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing campaigns.
Product Work closely with sales and product/engineering teams to ensure vision alignment of all communication.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deeply understand our solutions and transform technical insights into impactful marketing and sales enablement materials.
Conduct product demonstrations and develop customized reports to showcase value propositions to clients, supporting sales and presales efforts.
Gather market and customer feedback to provide actionable recommendations for product development and roadmap prioritization.
Perform customer segmentation, competitive analysis, market sizing and market research on technological, regulatory, and economic updates.
Requirements and Qualifications We are looking for a self-driven, adaptable, and eager-to-learn candidate to take the MedUX brand to the next level: Bilingual in English & Spanish Experience in international markets and more languages is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical and engineering degrees with relevant Marketing experience are also welcome.
5 years proven and hands-on experience in B2B marketing management, digital marketing or similar role (experience in a tech company and start-up preferred).
Strong understanding of or experience working in Telecommunication industry is a plus.
Entrepreneurial, highly motivated individual with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of market research and competitive positioning.
Inbound and content marketing experience, with knowledge of website and blog management, SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail to define value proposition, messaging and communication concepts, product launches and content creation for multiple channels, including web, landing pages, collaterals for sales, emails, video.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag manager, Google optimize, SEMRush, etc.).
Solid computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software (preferably Hubspot).
Bonus: Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe illustrator/Photoshop, video editing experience and other design and marketing tools.

What we offer Gross salary range: 30-40K€ aligned with years of relevant experience.
Contract type: full-time.
