.We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end Marketing activities for selected product categories, in close collaboration with HQ Product Category Management, HQ Marketing Communication, local MarComm, and Training teamsROLE DESCRIPTIONA successful candidate will be in charge of the following four functioning areas:1.
Overall Marketing Management and Product Portfolio Management· Preparing Annual Operating Plan for the managed product category - including key marketing activities, distribution of marketing budget· Co-creation of the Annual Category Growth Plan for the managed product group in the local market, and monthly monitoring of the implementation of the Plan· Product sunsetting management - recommendation of products to be retired and preparation of activities to effectively close the index· Monitoring and analysis of competitor activities· Conducting market research and analysis in cooperation with HQ Marketing· Visits to the market (distributors and contractors) to deepen knowledge of their needs and better understand them2.
Product Marketing for the local market· Commercialization of products (new and refreshed products)· Participating in determining price positioning for the managed category along with the the correct benchmark - in cooperation with HQ Product Management· Verification of recommended shelf prices - in cooperation with HQ Pricing Management· Preparing proposals for solutions to execute needed price changes· Overseeing margin levels - flagging risks, developing actions to improve margins (e.G.
: limit Trade promotions, price increases)· Implementing product positioning incl.
pricing· Benchmarking products - determining the main competitors, how they communicate, and what their advantages are3.
Marketing Communication· Planning and managing execution of communication campaigns at the country level - in coordination with HQ MarComm.
Supervising timely implementation.· Organizing events and loyalty programs (planning and execution of the activities).
Preparation of communication briefs for planned activities (e.G.
for trade fairs)· Working with Sales to prepare presentations for key customers· Cooperation in planning Trade promotions and Sales support· Verification of content in catalogs prepared for Architects and Construction Companies· Cooperation with industry associations4.
Training· Collaboration in preparation of webinars and customer trainings – content adaptation, content briefs and content for local webinars, and targeting / outreach briefs· Preparation of presentations for short product trainings for local Sales· Training for Sales force - preparation / localization of presentations and deliveryQUALIFICATIONSRequired· Bachelor's degree
