We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive product awareness, demand, and adoption for myorbik.com. You will collaborate closely with our product team to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities: Market Intelligence: Become an expert on our buyers by understanding who they are, how they purchase, and what their key criteria are. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about our competitive landscape and our market positioning. Collaboration: Work closely with product management and the marketing team to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with our buyer personas. Buying Process Documentation: Understand and document how our buyers make decisions, and leverage that information to enhance our sales and marketing processes. Marketing Planning: Develop a marketing plan for the products you support, including key activities and budgets. Ongoing Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and report necessary changes. Product Launches: Plan the launch of new products and implement improvements for existing ones. Thought Leadership: Act as an external thought leader for the products, participating in conferences and writing content. Sales Channel Training: Train our sales channels on the problems we solve and provide tools and supporting materials. Requirements: More than 5 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role. Advanced skills in productivity applications (Microsoft Office, Project, Basecamp). Knowledge of collaboration and CRM tools (Slack, Salesforce). Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, Google Analytics). Exceptional ROI tracking skills. Strong communication skills and people management abilities. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred. Pragmatic Institute Certification(PMC) III or higher is a plus.
