Apply now and keep the world moving.Product Market ManagerPurpose/Mission of the position:Maximize the market impact and profitability of Festo's portfolio through strategic product management and targeted business development initiatives, specializing in PNC (control), PNM (motion) and PNS (supply).Key Accountabilities:Product Lifecycle ManagementManage the entire lifecycle of Festo products, including product segmentation, market intelligence gathering, marketing and communication strategies, internal trainings, pricing alignment, budget review and management, sales analytics, KPI establishment and tracking, and harmonization of internal processes.Matricial across ClusterImplement a cross-matrix product management strategy, align with local market development peers, optimize HQ guidelines for local market requirements, ensure budget equity alignment, coordinate campaigns, and allocate capex investments effectively.Business DevelopmentProvide sales support, execute market initiatives, conduct customer visits, analyze sales performance for upselling and cross-selling opportunities, generate leads, focus on strategic program development, and ensure product data governance while aligning activities with established KPIs.Requirements:Engineering Background (University Degree or Vocational Training)Minimum 4 years of relevant Product Management experienceProficient in EnglishKnowledgeable in Microsoft office toolsStrong analytical skillsCompany: Festo Automation S.A.U.Location: l ´Hospitalet de Llobregat, ES, 8908We look forward to your application!#J-18808-Ljbffr
