PRODUCT MANAGER - ADIDAS & MASS FRAGRANCES
CONSUMER BEAUTY ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We offer a position as product manager for Fragrances & Bodycare FMCG brands. You will be responsible for developing the marketing plan of the Mass fragrances aligned with the business objectives and ensuring its implementation. You will support the brand manager with marketing of the assigned brands of FMCG and work closely with cross-functional departments such as Demand Planning, Sales, Trade, Purchases, and Finance to bring projects to life and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
THE ROLE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement the marketing plan of the assigned brands of FMCG to achieve the business objectives.
Management of launch products: selection of global initiatives to be launched locally based on consumer behavior, creation of internal presentations for trade and sales, creation of launch toolkits, execution of launch strategy.
Creation and execution of promotions and other point of sales activities (contact with creative agencies and brief, participation in development of creative assets and materials).
Assortment management: coordinate and manage the forecast of the brands with demand planning and sales.
Analyze sell-in and sell-out of assigned brands as well as the competition.
Elaborate the budget with the brand manager and monitor/track it monthly.
