The Product Manager reports to a Group Manager. You are responsible for brand consumer expertise/insights, the annual plan, the potentialisation and strategy of projects, and their local adaptation. You will be analyzing the performances of launches & catalogue animation work hand in hand with Zone & DMI.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Brand product & consumer manager in building corresponding strategy for products & categories.Strategize the Brand Local Needs to enrich DMI & Zone Team.Define and execute the annual product plan leading to consumer recruitment and loyalty.Expert of the product category, building consumer knowledge by Axe, Franchise, Product, working closely with the data & insights team.Support Brand Product & Consumer Manager to identify and define brand/franchise tribes based on DMI recommendation + exhaustive knowledge of local brand/franchise local client.Orchestrate the 360 launch strategy for major innovations launches of the year with all business unit experts.Supervision of the makeup display furniture updates and co-creation with Retail design team.Own the responsibility of forecasting for new launches, from competitor benchmarking to working closely with Demand Planning.Provide ongoing Retail forecasts for products/categories, working closely with the NAMs/Sales.Guarantor of Brand Image.Create and manage the delivery of product artworks, liaising with Zone, DMI and Legal & Brief the Brand Activation team, the Media & Content and Brand Engagement team.Share knowledge with the team, to deliver Internal Buzz for launches & update the team on Results (Sell out Tracking).Analyze performance, tracking ROI and working closely with finance on the profitability of products range.Participate in key meetings to present launches such as Retailer Strategy Meetings, Sales Drives, Consultant Conferences, newcomers' inductions, etc.Support the Brand Product & Consumer Manager in building strategic presentations such as Zone and Budget.FPPs construction and guarantee budget fulfillment vs. trend.You are connected with DMI to leverage consumers insights & products portfolio
