This role will own the growth strategy and features that can increase both Daily Active Users (DAU) and revenue.It requires a track record of product delivery focused on usage growth, monetization, and UX, along with a background of strong collaboration with internal and external partners, designers, user researchers, engineers, product marketing, and cross-team/org stakeholders. If you seek an opportunity to make direct business impact by solving UX challenges and owning key user experiences, come and join us!Responsibilities Own the strategy, specifications, and product vision of key user experiences.Drive volume and growth of features across a variety of product surfaces.Collaborate with marketing and external partners for world-wide marketing campaigns.Work with Engineering and Design teams to deliver inclusive and elegant user experiences that solve search challenges for users.Drive alignment across teams, assess & mitigate risks, and set product priorities.Continuously create and improve product features through data & market analysis, measurement, experimentation, user research, and direct customer engagement.Qualifications Required Qualifications Proven experience delivering consumer-facing UX products.Experience with building and shipping experiences targeted at user growth and retention.Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications Experience with A/B testing and related data analysis.Knowledge of search engine algorithm and architecture.Experience with driving user growth via social media or marketing campaigns.Excellent collaboration and communication skills - written and verbal, with an ability to convey an appropriate level of detail for each target audience.Ability to be strategic, but also drive tactics and execution when needed.Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
