In this role, you'll be integral to our team, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and QA experts to shape, refine, and launch new features on our Speexx platform. We're seeking someone who can adeptly distil insights from various sources – including our customers, internal teams, market trends, and competitors – to conceptualize and deliver innovative products to our end user. This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly global and dynamic team, where you'll make an immediate impact on the L&D tech industry.What You'll Do:Motivate Users: Develop a deep understanding of market trends and user engagement, continuously finding creative new ways to increase user adoption and retention rates in the Speexx user portal.Product Roadmap Management: Plan and execute the product roadmap based on objectively prioritized backlog.Product Strategy: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and partner with our engineers to bring it to life.Product Releases & Discovery: Manage product delivery in an agile setting and become an expert on up-and-coming digital technologies that create new product opportunities.What We Look For:Proven experience of product ownership and user experience preferably in a SaaS, software or digital environment.Independence and complete ownership of projects and tasks.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence for the end-user.A team player with a succeed-together mentality.Strong understanding of user experience principles and experience in UX research and design.Experience using software and tools such as Figma, Adobe CS, Jira, and Confluence.University Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar.Excellent English skills; other languages a plus.Living in Madrid or close by, with the possibility to work from the office in a hybrid model.Your Benefits:At Speexx, we're all about empowering people.
