The Product Manager, broader Product Team and UX work directly with customers to discover, validate, test value, user interface designs and gather feedback from new releases.The product manager is the voice of the customer to the software development team. Finally, the Product Manager works with marketing, sales, client operations and customer support to represent the product and facilitate go to market.Key Responsibilities:Work with product manager and the wider team to understand and drive commercial goals and the roadmap that delivers to the goals.Build collaborative relationships with internal and external clients to understand their problems and communicate our solutions.Facilitate collaborative, iterative design of the solutions to client problems with UX and Engineering.Develop a prioritized backlog of work with UX and Engineering.Drive the agile cadences that deliver the measured outcomes to Clients (e.G. discovery, backlog grooming, planning, retro, standup, deployment, showcases)
