With the opportunity to work closely with highly innovative engineering products and customers?Would you like to work within a business where innovations truly matter?Would you like to work in an up-stream Product Manager role, where you spend significant quality time with the customer and our internal applications experts?As a Product Manager, you will manage the product lifecycle for one or more product lines.
You'll lead through influence, developing and launching successful products that meet customer needs.
You'll guide product strategy, and lead cross-functional teams delivering products on time and on budget.
You'll drive product line growth, identify business opportunities, and create Go-To-Market strategies.Primary Responsibilities:Driving performance and results of specific product line(s) within a business unit to achieve operational goals.Defining the product line market strategy and developing pricing to drive growth and maximize profitability.Analysing product performance and using data to make informed decisions across the end-to-end product lifecycle.Leading through influence and collaborating cross-functionally to drive successful product launches and commercialization.Translating business opportunities into innovations and Go-To-Market strategies.Key Requirements:As an ideal candidate for this role of Product Manager, you should; Have significant productmanagement experience, with a track record of achieving operational goals.Ideally have a background in an engineering discipline.Have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex programs.Be data-driven and able to analyse metrics to make informed decisions about product development.Have expertise in the motion industry (desirable)Be able to set and manage goals, allocate resources, and make high quality, timely decisions.Have excellent understanding of market trends and customer needs.As an inclusive employer, Novanta wants to see every candidate performing at their best throughout the application process, interview process and whilst at work.
