Come help us make every talent moment Phenomenal!Phenom is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager with expertise in Privacy, Compliance, and Security to drive the development and enhancement of our product offerings. In this role, you will ensure that Phenom's products meet our global customers' needs and comply with evolving data protection laws, industry standards, and security regulations. You will work cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and business teams to ensure our products align with privacy and security frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and WCAG standards.What You'll Do:Develop and execute the product strategy for privacy, compliance, and security.Create and manage a product roadmap that addresses regulatory requirements, security enhancements, and business needs.Prioritize privacy and security features based on customer demands, risk assessments, and legal mandates.Collaborate with legal, engineering, and business teams to ensure full compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.).Monitor emerging privacy regulations and security threats to ensure Phenom's products remain compliant and secure.Ensure products meet global regulations and industry standards.Address customer privacy and security concerns, prioritizing key features.Stay updated on emerging security threats and compliance trends.What You've Done:5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on privacy, compliance, or security in a tech environment.Proven track record of leading product initiatives that successfully comply with regulatory frameworks.In-depth understanding of privacy, data protection, and security regulations and standards.Experience shaping product strategy, building, and managing products from ideation to launch to drive business outcomes.Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Benefits:We want you to be your best self and to pursue your passions!Health and wellness benefits/programs to support holistic employee health.Flexible hours and working schedules, as well as parental leave for new parents.Growing organization with career pathing and development opportunities.Tons of perks and extras in every location for all Phenoms.Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion:Our commitment to diversity runs deep!
