We are seeking an individual with strong work behaviors to join our world-class team and lead the way in product management. As a Product Manager PD (Peritoneal Disease), you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our peritoneal disease product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
Figuring out market needs and requirements for peritoneal disease products through extensive market research and analysis.
Design, develop and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures, audio/visual materials, aligned with our targets.
Review business results and ensure the adherence of the marketing activities and plans.
Become single point of contact for PD promotional activities within the organization.
Creating and implementing strategic plans to improve the growth and success of the portfolio.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
Analyzing the competition to discover ways to stand out and stay ahead.
Working closely with our R&D team to successfully implement product enhancements and innovations.
Define and develop marketing plan via patient centric, high quality, digital initiatives in order to help the PD business to achieve its annual objectives.
Provide input and support to the design and development of European Training programs/Product Trainings.
Support Market Research Activities – with the direction of marketing leaders.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and individuals involved in the peritoneal disease field.
Monitoring and analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to continuously improve our products and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements for this role include:
A Bachelor's degree in a field that aligns with the requirements of this position, with a preference for a Master's degree.
At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Consistent track record of successfully managing product portfolios and driving business growth.
Proficient in analyzing data and making informed decisions based on evidence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of peritoneal disease and the healthcare landscape is highly desirable.
