This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and international expansion of our flexible payment products.What you'll doProduct Strategy: Together with the VP Payments you'll be responsible for the strategy of our payments platform. Aligning the roadmap with our commercial objectives and market needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, growth, legal and compliance to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages accountability and fast delivery.Market Analysis & Regulatory Requirements: Actively follow the latest developments in the payments industry and monitor competitor offerings and emerging technologies closely. Inform the business about regulatory changes and make sure our payments platform stays compliant.Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch. Previous roles at PSP, Fintech or licensed institutions are highly desirable.Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into a cohesive product vision. Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English is a must.
