Product Manager Payment Acceptance - PagoNxt Location: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, Community of Madrid, ESWHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGPAGO NXT MERCHANT SOLUTIONS (PNMS) is looking for a Product Manager for Payment Acceptance, within the Value Proposition Team. PagoNxt aims to consolidate payment businesses globally through a unique value proposal, creating conditions to compete with major international players in the sector. We are expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets, building a cloud-based acquiring architecture with products based on microservices.As Product Manager for Payment Acceptance, you will report to the Value Proposition and Business Support team at HQ, collaborating closely with PNMS local teams. Your responsibilities will include:Building Payment Acceptance (in-store and eCommerce) strategy and roadmap for PagoNxt Merchant Solutions and its subsidiaries.Defining product requirements based on acquirer needs and competitive benchmarking.Ensuring consistency across product components and optimizing product parametrization capabilities.Collaborating with product engineering and technical teams to define products and support development teams.Developing partnership strategies with third parties to accelerate time to market and enhance the platform's value proposition.Providing support to acquirers for terminal selection, acquisition, and maintenance.Exploring innovation around POS & eCom experiences, including biometrics and blockchain.Coordinating strategy around APMs and new payment acceptance methods.Coordinating with third parties globally and locally for the aforementioned tasks.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREXPERIENCE: 5 years in:In-store & eCom technology and solutions.Payment services and merchant value proposition.Vendor negotiations and solution design.Product development within an Agile framework.Design thinking.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:Understanding of payment gateways and transaction flows from both business and technical perspectives.Familiarity with Android marketplace and in-store integration technologies.Knowledge of payment certification standards and regulations.Strong language skills in English and Spanish.OTHER INFORMATION:Availability to travel and a willingness to join a project that presents continuous challenges and ambitious goals, all within an excellent working environment and a supportive team.If you want to know more about us, follow us on our website.#J-18808-Ljbffr
