Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Actively develop the right marketing and promotional mix to meet brand commercial objectives and customer needs in the Neurology & Immunology area.Build and develop strategic/operational forecasting from a robust patient model, ensuring operative definition and control of the brands budgets including forecasting, expense management and evaluating cost effectiveness.Create and deliver strategic and operational plans appropriate to the life-cycle of the brand so as to optimize return for Sandoz.Translate market intelligence into brand/disease strategies and programs. Demonstrate entrepreneurial/'out-of-the box' thinking by generating and implementing new ideas to grow the assigned products portfolio.Create and manage excellent matrix relationships internally and with external clients/agencies, including, but not limited to: medical experts, Key Opinion Leaders, sales professionals, marketing experts.What you'll bring to the role:Educated to Degree Level (or equivalent) ideally in Business or Mkt2-5 years' experience in TA with Marketing responsibilities.Experience launching and/or managing hospital products in the neurology market will be valued.Strong networking on this related target audience: neurologists, hospital pharmacist, Scientific Associations & payors.Biopharmaceutical experience recommended.Good project management capabilities.Successfully managed a product in a highly competitive environment.Excellent presentation skills and advance in PowerPoint.You'll receive:Employee benefits include Life & accidents insurance, private health insurance, flexible compensation programs, hybrid working plan.Why Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
