Your mission:
Conduct extensive research on current and upcoming payment methods and technologies in the market.Evaluate costs and market prices of payment methods through different industries and geographies.Analyze customer and merchant pain points and essential payment process requirements.Enhance and optimize payment processes by contributing to our product development.Prioritize tasks, negotiate product agreements, collaborate with the tech team, and oversee all aspects related to our products.Manage correct and continuous communication with suppliers.Develop a deep understanding of payment integrations, creating task requests for internal teams to achieve seamless integration.Your profile:
High proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.At least 6 months of product experience.Adept in market research.A touch of creativity and design capabilities.A solid grasp of basic financial principles.Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.Exceptional negotiation skills and organizational proficiency.Mastery of Google Docs, Asana, Miro, and Confluence is a plus.Basic technical understanding of APIs and encryption.Proficiency in working in a fast-paced industry and organizational environment.A big interest in gaining in-depth knowledge of payments.Why us?
