In this role, you will propose, gain agreement, and implement the BGM marketing plan for different channels (primary care nurses and patients) to maximize sales and meet overall marketing and sales goals. To succeed, you need to have a strong understanding of the market and be able to leverage ideas across the EU region hub to maximize business potential.
What you will do:Adapt, implement, and align the global/EU BGM brand marketing strategy and promotional communication, including digital activities.Define, develop, implement, and monitor BGM cycle materials (e-detail, slide decks, leaflets) and brand reminders, ensuring field implementation and optimized impact.Lead and develop specific trainings based on country needs for BGM Customer Service Agents and monitor the quality of customer service.Track KPIs for channel optimization.Monitor Contour Diabetes App technical issues, updates, and new data uploads.Take responsibility for BGM L2 Customer Service.Organize HCP and Patient BGM Congress and events booth and logistics management as needed.Collaborate with training to develop BGM training plan and materials for the sales forces together with the Commercial Strategy Manager.Identify, analyze, and interpret market data to monitor the performance of the company and competitors; participate in the Country BGM competitors team.What you need for success:Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine (or similar) degree AND postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing.Experience of minimum 3-4 years in the pharma/medical device industry in positions of sales or training and at least 2 years in marketing.Advanced English: fluent writing and speaking.MS Office proficiency - focus on PowerPoint and Excel - datasets from BI.What we can offer you:Small, diverse team willing to support.
