About the position:
The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimization of Softonic's paid user acquisition channels, requiring a data-driven and collaborative approach.
Responsibilities: Ideate, investigate and write comprehensive requirements for features designed to improve our paid and acquisition product offering, engagement of users, technical implementations, and optimize revenue yield.Work closely with Monetization team, tech team, other product teams (if necessary) and partners to ensure successful execution and launch.Identify and define critical KPIs that effectively measure the performance and impact of our paid, arbitrage, RSOC, push notification and other products.Monitor our user data management platforms and ensure best practices for highest business impact as well as legislative compliance (CMP, DMP..).Build and maintain strong relationships with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), mediation and ad serving partners and leverage them to gather insights, and identify growth opportunities.Work with our sales & business development teams to identify strategies for growth opportunities.Continuously evaluate and refine product features based on performance data, business needs and market trends.Collect requirements from internal and external customers and translate them into a comprehensive and prioritized backlog.Conduct market research for the domain and engage with customers, prospects and partners to identify market needs and opportunities. Experience and requirements: 3+ years experience in advertising and martech product management, with a proven track record of launching and optimizing products focused on user acquisition tools and strategies.Experience in user acquisition and affiliation industry and working with SSPs and programmatic partners.Strong understanding with the Ad-tech ecosystem, especially media buying, AdSense and new martech trends and strategies.Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Jira, and Confluence to guide product development process.High ability to create and present product concepts, roadmap and project status to various teams and stakeholders.Experienced working with data analytics tools, detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, organized, accountable, and highly motivated team player.Fluent English.
