PAGONXT MERCHANT SOLUTIONS (PNMS) is looking for a Product Manager for Marketing Automation & CRM Solutions, within the Product Team, based in XX.
Pago Nxt aims to consolidate payment businesses globally through a differential value proposal, creating conditions and synergies to compete with major international players.
Based on the unique value proposition and brand value of Getnet in Brazil, Pago Nxt Merchant Solutions will be expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets. Currently, Getnet is the third largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, and Uruguay) and operates across all European markets.
To achieve this goal, we are building a cloud-based acquiring architecture where products are built based on microservices and deployed simultaneously across markets, shortening time to market and improving value for customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As Product Manager for Marketing Automation & CRM Solutions, reporting to the Product team in the HQ, you will work closely with Pago Nxt Merchant Solutions tech hubs and Getnet across the world. You will define business requirements and manage the strategy of our Marketing Automation & CRM Solutions, working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data, sales, support, VAS, marketing, and design to define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and drive product evolutions.
In this role, you must recognize key dependencies across different teams to coordinate successful product launches for Marketing Automation, CRM Sales & Services. The responsibilities include:
Project Leadership : Oversee the entire lifecycle of Marketing Automation and CRM Sales & Services projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery within budget.
Strategic Development : Craft and implement strategies for Marketing Automation and CRM Sales & Service that drive business goals, enhance customer engagement, and optimize sales processes.
Sales Management : Develop CRM Sales to promote best practices and a culture of excellence while collaborating with local and global sales managers to maximize CRM tool efficiency.
Operational Oversight : Guide the solutions strategy of contact center operations, quality assurance, and the integration of new technologies to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Product Management : Define Marketing Automation and CRM Solutions features and manage design and development processes, including data strategy, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
Data Analysis & KPI Management : Utilize data insights to identify new opportunities and establish key performance indicators to assess and improve sales and customer relationship strategy effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with various teams and experts to translate business opportunities into product requirements, ensuring continuous alignment with the company's roadmap.
Financial & Performance Accountability : Develop business cases, manage product P&L, and monitor performance metrics to guide product improvements and strategic decisions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience :
Product Management : At least 8 years of experience in product management, focusing on CRM & Marketing Automation in sectors like Acquiring/Payment or Financial Services.
CRM Sales & Services Platforms : Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Pega CRM, with a deep understanding of sales and service workflows.
Marketing Automation Tools : Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, SAS, or Adobe Campaigns.
Customer Service Solutions : Experience in implementing and managing customer service technologies, including Omnichannel Contact Center technologies like IVR systems, call routing software, and chatbots.
