Product Manager (m/f/d) Small Distribution Boards - Residential Sector Are you passionate about technical products and have experience in product management?Join Hager Group and become a part of our dynamic, international team!We are currently seeking a Product Manager (m/f/d) Small Distribution Boards – Residential Sector at our site in La Roca del Vallès for a permanent contract with immediate effect.Your MissionDetermine and formulate customer and market requirements in an international context.Define product specifications and services as per Hager development processes.Plan and execute development projects, ensuring they align with company goals.Drive profitable growth and economic success of the product portfolio.Provide technical consulting and market support to internal and external stakeholders.Act as the technical liaison between cooperation partners and suppliers.Lead successful product launches by closely supporting markets and contacts.Conduct product training for market launches and product adaptations.Your ProfileTechnical education in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.Experience in technical or strategic product management, preferably small distribution boards for low voltage applications.Knowledge about product standards according to EN IEC 61439-3 and EN (IEC) 60670-24 would be an asset.Marketing and business management skills.Strong written and spoken English (Level: B2/C1).Strong assertiveness and independent actionEntrepreneurial mindset, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.Creativity, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to inspire others.Willingness to travel internationally.If you are a proactive, communicative, and assertive individual with a passion for technical products, we would love to hear from you!Apply now to be a part of our exciting journey at Hager Group!Our offerYou will have access to a responsible position within an international and innovative environment as part of a motivated team.
