We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team and take charge of our London &Amsterdamproduct portfolio. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic contract negotiations, drive product sales training, develop innovative approaches, and lead the day-to-day operations of the destination.What You Will Be Doing:Ownership over destination knowledge: Responsible for being the ultimate authority on all aspects of the destination, including product procurement, procurement cost, product portfolio breadth and depth, and general development and management.Driving product procurement initiatives: Through data analysis, you will discover ways to improve our current product offerings and effectively introduce new products that support our brand and business requirements.Strategic contract negotiation: Ambitiously negotiate terms and costs with hotels, transportation providers, sightseeing operators, DMC services, and other travel-related suppliers to ensure price competitiveness and exceptional value for our customers.Local market expertise: Strong local destination knowledge and understanding of trends will allow us to resolve appeals to the North American market, ensuring our offerings are always on point.Commercial benefit optimization: Through effective channel management platforms, will optimize and expand the commercial benefits derived from our relationships with travel-related suppliers.Performance monitoring and improvement: Supervise product performance through data analysis and reporting. Make informed decisions about procurement and continuous improvements to our product portfolio.Vendor relationship management: Handle and maintain relationships with our vendors, including performance management, service level agreements, override agreements, and concessions to promote contracted products to travel advisors on familiarization trips.Training and team development: Develop and train our reservations team and product support team on the destination product portfolio, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service
