About the PositionWe're hiring a Product Manager to help us whip complicated systems into shape with a cocktail of technical know-how, incredible coordination skills, and True Grit.
ResponsibilitiesYou're curious, motivated, and love to delight customers, ideally through awesome products. You understand our users, with finely honed empathy and a drive to identify and eliminate problems.
Social skills matter - you aren't afraid to talk on the phone with a user to better understand their needs. You'll drive collaboration across multiple disciplines - data, marketing, operations, customers, and sales.
You can take high-level product requirements and create detailed specifications with user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements.You work closely with the R&D team to ensure proper hand-off and guide the delivery of a quality product.You'll coordinate releases with internal teams when we launch, including training and notifications.You can evaluate and communicate trade-offs when making difficult choices. Basic RequirementsYou've done this before for two to four years as a Product Manager.This is a technical position; a background in technology and working with development teams is required.You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.You can write technical PRDs and present complex technical information clearly.You have high-level English skills: reading, speaking, and writing.There may be some occasional travels. Preferred RequirementsExperience working with Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.Experience using quantitative and qualitative data for decision making.Experience with APIs and SYNC.Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
