Product Manager, Integrations – Andover, Hampshire or Barcelona, Spain – HybridAs a Product Manager at CloudPay, you will be responsible for setting the direction for how our platforms integrate with partner platforms such as Workday or Oracle Fusion. This is an exciting role for a commercially minded Product Manager in a newly created team managing our integrated payroll and payments portfolio.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Delivery, Marketing, and commercial functions to develop our product strategy and ensure the successful execution of our product roadmap and ongoing health of our portfolio.The ideal candidate is passionate about payroll, payments and technology, has experience working with HR systems and HCMs, is customer-focused, has empathy with payroll teams, and possesses strong analytical and leadership skills.Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Integrations services that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats and make data-driven decisions to drive product innovation and differentiation.Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, create business cases to prioritize strategic investment, and create a roadmap that delivers value to our customers and drives business growth.Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and ongoing performance by forming a deep understanding of the key product engagement and usage trends to drive continuous improvement and shape the strategy.Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, including executives, team members, partners, and customers.
