About this role: As a Product Manager at Jotelulu, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our product strategy.
You will be responsible for driving the success of our cloud-based products and services by managing the product lifecycle, conducting market research, and defining product performance indicators.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful development and launch of our products.

You will: Product Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends.Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, and timelines for product development.Identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements based on market research and customer feedback.Product Lifecycle Management:Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and specifications.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and seamless transitions.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.Analyze market data and user feedback to make data-driven decisions regarding product features and enhancements.Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.Product Performance Tracking:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of products.Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.Collaborate with analytics teams to gather insights and generate reports on product performance.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launches.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address challenges.Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.Customer Focus:Understand customer needs and pain points to ensure product features align with customer expectations.Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing to inform product improvements.Champion the customer's perspective throughout the product development process.Languages: Spanish and English
What We Are Looking For:
Have a strong passion for technology, cloud computing, and product management.Possess excellent analytical skills and can leverage market research and data to make informed decisions.Have experience in the software industry, ideally in a cloud computing or SaaS environment.Are familiar with product management methodologies, roadmaps, and product lifecycle.Have a track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.Are a proactive and collaborative individual who can effectively communicate and influence cross-functional teams.Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Have a customer-centric mindset and can understand and address customer needs.
