We are looking for a HealthCare Solutions Product Manager who will develop and plan marketing plans for new or existing company products in coordination and close collaboration with Direction. Establish strategies in coordination with the sales team.
What your responsibilities will be: Support the sales team:Prepare, validate and transmit the specific commercial sales arguments, supervising their correct and homogeneous implementation. Implement the necessary training and coaching to the Sales Team to ensure the correct preparation of the sales actions of its members.
Create and develop the local marketing plan:Generate the local marketing plan. Coordinate and follow-up of strategies and complaints, as well as special pricing requests to vendor. Identify, evaluate and participate in contacts of interest (clinical specialists). Participate in the technical design and content control of the commercial support material to be developed (brochures, promotional materials, stands, etc.), in response to the needs of different markets and following the guidelines.
Training and education:Organize, coordinate and participate in all external scientific, clinical or informative events (congresses, clinical sessions, etc.), which help to keep constantly updated on new developments and trends, as well as to divulge the advantages of our products. Coordinate their actions with the rest of the departments. Interpret, carry out and analyze market studies for the knowledge of the product, customers and competition. Identify and propose new business opportunities through Key Opinion Leaders.
Local products launches:Generate appropriate materials. Develop a plan, strategy and marketing appropriate to the 4P's of MK with respect to that market.
