Ref.PX July MASS COMMODITIES FUNCTIONS Responsibilities:Act as Project Leader in the development and follow-up of the launches and animations assigned.Promote and ensure the global image of the assigned brands and proactively generate proposals and ideas to reinforce the strategic line of the brand.Prepare a medium and long-term master plan for the assigned brands, planning a timing by phases for each project.Coordinate with all involved departments (Operations, Packaging, Legal, Regulatory, R&D, external suppliers) the development of the launches, ensuring that the cost, quality, and timing parameters established in the brief are respected.Create and analyze expected P&L per project.Coordinate and prepare the necessary product tests together with the Claims Department and external agencies.Identify the detected needs of product or market testing, or any other important information for the best performance of functions.Conduct knowledge and analysis of the market and the competition.Coordinate the internal administrative management processes required for a new launch (creation of codes, request for country forecasts, preparation of reports and presentations for meetings, etc.).Prepare and present internal and external project briefs.Inform country Marketing departments about new projects and launch plans and collect their feedback.Provide necessary support to countries for brand launches or animation activities, presenting and arguing the launches to local operational sales or marketing teams as needed.Monitor reporting of assigned projects through reports or presentations.Follow up on the agenda in development, sending and delivery of launch or animation materials for the countries and informing involved departments of the project status.Consolidate information on distribution, sales, and evolution of the assigned brands in the countries.Control and follow up on orders placed with external suppliers.Prepare international meetings (coordination of materials, presentations).Periodically monitor and control expenditure on projects, respecting the assigned budget and anticipating possible deviations.Provide the Digital team with necessary information and support for the periodic updating of the website and development of campaigns in social media for the brands under responsibility.Collaborate with Education in the creation of training programs for hairdressers.Manage and maintain documentation archive and image library (Intranet).Carry out necessary travel and trips to perform work duties.Requirements:
