About project: AI@B2B: Empowering B2B IT Transformation through AI-driven Innovations Our journey has started in the beginning of 2024 with a small community of AI enthusiasts as part of the AI Innovation Center in Spain and grew into a dedicated B2B overarching AI team.
We are passionate about AI technology and dedicated to maximizing its benefits for the B2B organization in its IT transformation journey.
What tasks we have: Consulting & Enablement:Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for AI discovery and consulting across multiple B2B business areas, including Sales, Service, and Assurance.Lead workshops and consulting sessions to uncover and define generative AI use cases and opportunities within these domains.Enable organization-wide AI adoption through leadership training and team workshops.Collaborate closely with cross-functional AI teams and communities, ensuring alignment and shared learnings across the organization.Product Ownership:Launch new AI-driven products, focusing on innovative applications of generative AI in sales, service, and customer engagement.Manage the product lifecycle of existing AI solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable features.Oversee the development and integration of AI models, ensuring a smooth workflow from concept to deployment.Work closely with engineering and AI teams to fine-tune models, optimize performance, and ensure scalability of solutions.We expect from candidate: Strong experience in product managementGood overview of generative AI use cases in Sales, Service, Customer Portals, Customer support domainsExperience leading workshops or training sessions focused on AIFamiliarity with various open-source and vendor LLM modelsAbility to translate AI research and innovations into practical product featuresDeep understanding of AI architectures and services provided by major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)Hands-on experience in PythonGood communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholdersKnowledge of RAG strategies and methods of fine-tuning modelsWhat we offer: International, positive, dynamic, friendly, and motivated work environment.Modern office in the city centre.Flexible working schedule, fully remote or hybrid.Excellent opportunities for professional and personal development.Flexible Compensation Plan.Life and accident insurance.And many more advantages of being part of Deutsche Telekom IT!
