We are seeking a Product Manager to join Capgemini Engineering. We are looking to attract experienced candidates with a proven history of providing effective project management in complex IT environments.Job ResponsibilitiesDrive product development from small features to entirely new products.Work hands-on with designers and engineers to implement and build new features that meet our standards of simplicity and quality.Define the project plan following the outlined scope and budget, defining milestones and deliverables.Take technical decisions.Monitor and report project status and deadlines commitments.Manage and track progress of allocated teams.Notify changes, issues and/or delays.Review deliverables prepared by the team.Ensure project plan is available and documented.Review project plan to meet changing needs and requirements.Arbitrate choices and conflicts within the project.Review team reports - hours, expenses, etc. and budget consumption.Keep track of business requests of the projects and its status.Identify and minimize uncertainties and risks in the project.Manage technical relationship with internal stakeholders.Request and follow up necessary testing equipment for the entire project (lab, simulator…) as defined in the project test strategy.Preferred QualificationsBachelor Degree (IT/Telecoms engineering).3-5 years of experience in Engineering projects (Phases, life cycles, metrics and methodologies).Fluency in English - Mandatory.Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate, anticipate constraints, and identify optimization or alternative solutions.A match to our culture – the successful candidate will have high energy and flexibility, fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal), and huge amounts of drive.Additional QualificationsProject Management and Agile Certifications.Experience in a multi-national and multi-cultural context.About UsAt Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world's most innovative companies unleash their potential.
