You will have a strong background in product management within the SaaS industry, with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex global problems.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives.Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.Define and prioritise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.Work closely with our in-house ESG experts, engineering, and design teams to align on product priorities, communicate updates, and drive cross-functional collaboration.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.3+ years of experience in product management in the SaaS industry.Deep understanding of sustainability and ESG and knowledge of related regulatory frameworks is a bonus.Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products and features.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with agile methodologies, product analytics, and project management tools such as Clickup, Jira, Monday.Com.Passion for sustainability and ESG risk management preferred.Benefits:A dynamic and international work environment.Hybrid working with flexible working hours.Learning and Development path.Competitive compensation based on experience.25 days of annual leave + Bank Holidays.Private Health Insurance programme.Pension scheme.Gym allowance
