Main responsibilities will cover the localization of our AI-based Document Data product in Spain and the expansion of our Risk Management product, with a focus on: Discovery targeting the Spanish market for our AI-based Document verification product: o Study and understand the challenges of our target sectors o Analyze the competition offerings and positioning o Analyze regulatory developments in our target industries o Translate the business strategy and market trends into product vision o Validate the product features based on business opportunities Product Roadmap: o Collaborate with the Product Owners and the Product Designers in the ideation and development of a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and OKRs o Write "High Level" specifications for product developments to meet market business challenges o Define the value proposition, the positioning of the offer on the market(s), and the key differentiators vs our competitors Customer Centricity: o Monitor sales performance and customer adoption (sales, usage) on new and existing offers, and propose product actions accordingly o Engage with end users, customer success, support, sales to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
What skills will make you perfect? You will rock if you: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on KYC and AI-based document verification, or related technologies.
Ideally within a B2 B Saa S Software publisher.
Strong customer centricity to understand market needs Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing electronic signatures and KYC processes (e.g., e IDAS, AML regulations) is a plus Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) is a plus.
Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is desirable.
Proficiency in English is required (min C1).
Proficiency in French would be a significant plus.
