This position will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of data integration, and the ability to design seamless user experiences for BI reporting and other interactive features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality connectivity and user interaction solutions that meet the needs of our users.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate within the Product Management organization to define and drive the product vision and strategy for data connectivity services and user interaction features within our platform.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user needs and business opportunities related to data integration and BI reporting.Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and user needs.Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.Conduct regular product reviews and demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data connectivity, user interactions, and product management.Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build awareness and understanding of our data connectivity and BI capabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data connectivity, BI reporting, or other front-end web SaaS applications.Strong understanding of data integration, API services, BI reporting, and business intelligence tools.Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong knowledge of user-centric design principles.Familiarity with SaaS business models and software development processes.Positive, open-minded attitude, with a willingness to learn.Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:Join a company that believes in the added value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
