PURPOSEAchieve the strategic financial and customer satisfaction objectives for the given product(s). This role will shape the strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth of a product(s) in line with the SITA strategic plans and manage performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle.

• Service Management Strategy Support
• Product Marketing Strategy Support
• Supplier Management
• Business Performance Measurement Support including P&L and Customer Satisfaction
• Product Requirements Management
QualificationsEXPERIENCE• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a significant product management function
• Experience in Air Transport Industry highly desirable
• Track record of achieving Product revenue growth and of managing product P&Ls
• Experience of working in a matrix environment, liaising with different teams to drive overall product success
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS• Very good knowledge of Product Management methodologies (e.g. Stage Gate) as well as Product Development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps
• Very good understanding of the latest trends and innovations within relevant technology areas - air transport industry highly desirable
• Excellent knowledge of the IT industries and their economic drivers
• Innovation skills and a track record of significant experience in defining market requirements and functional specifications
• A demonstrated track record of success in delivering lasting results in a global business environment and within a technology solutions-based business
• Good capability in leading and influencing virtual teams within an international environment
