Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Cádiz. Our future teammate would be part of the Product and Booking department in Andalucia, Spain.As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing Product and Sales development and maintaining a strong relationship with our clients. In addition, you will also be responsible for booking management, stop sales, allotment control, and following up on bookings in our destination.Responsibilities:Be in contact with the destinations and TTOO to check portfolio, sales performance, and offers.Manage client complaints with the TTOO and other internal departments.Provide support with the IT system to the hoteliers.Organize Famtrips and assist them.Manage the special requests of the TTOO and coordinate these needs internally.Support the contract manager.Yield Management.Product Management.Set up and follow up with sales and internal Business Intelligence reports/statistics.Manage bookings in our destination.Manage notifications and special requests.Manage stop sales and allotment control.Daily follow-up of bookings.Control the average price per booking and the percentage of occupation in the destination.Manage incidents and complaints.Requisitos:Minimum of 2 years experience in DMC/Incoming or Hotel chain.Degree in Tourism or similar.Highly advanced level of English and good level of Spanish required; other languages are a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation skills between providers/clients.Good knowledge of the destination.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.Driving License and own car.#J-18808-Ljbffr
